AMANA ERP supports GCC retail compliance workflows including VAT returns, e-invoicing integrations, and region-specific statutory exports.
United Arab Emirates (FTA VAT)
Configure your TRN and tax codes under GRC → VAT. Ensure:
- Tax codes on products and categories match FTA categories
- Sales and purchase documents carry correct VAT amounts
- Return periods align with your FTA filing calendar
Reconcile POS and AR invoices before exporting return data.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ZATCA)
For KSA, enable ZATCA e-invoicing under GRC → E-invoice. You will need:
- CSID / production credentials from ZATCA
- QR and UUID fields on B2B and B2C invoices as required by phase
Test in sandbox before enabling production clearance.
Other GCC states
Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman each have evolving VAT or excise rules. Use GRC statutory export templates where available and monitor release notes for new country packs.
Data residency
AMANA uses regional cells — separate deployments per AWS region:

Your tenant’s assigned region is shown read-only under Settings → Compliance. Multi-country groups may use one tenant per region linked by a holding portfolio — see architecture docs.

Payroll and statutory exports
GCC payroll statutory exports (WPS, GOSI-related outputs) are configured per company country. See HR → Payroll settings and GRC export schedules.
