Most tenant configuration lives under the left hub rail. Each hub opens the same /settings/* routes as before — hubs are the primary menu.
Hub map
| Hub | Use for |
|---|---|
| Admin | Users, roles, access control, security, audit |
| Platform | Modules, integrations, appearance, billing, notifications |
| Master Data | Companies, outlets, org profile, currencies, POS |
| GRC | Compliance, VAT, e-invoice, statutory exports |
Tenant setup page
The Tenant setup entry (user menu) is a slim launcher — not a duplicate of every settings screen. It provides shortcuts into each hub and handles:
- Public holidays
- White-label branding (Enterprise)
- Tenant profile summary
Common tasks
Add a user
Admin → Users → Invite. Assign a role that matches the person's job function. See Roles and access for persona guidance.
Enable a module
Platform → Modules. Toggle licensed modules for your plan. Some modules (e.g. white labelling) require Enterprise.
Company and finance defaults
Master Data → Companies for legal entity details. Settings → Company → Finance for GL code overrides and auto-posting options.
Compliance
GRC hub for VAT registration, e-invoicing (ZATCA, FTA), and statutory report exports.
Tips
- Change one area at a time during go-live; document who owns each settings area.
- After changing finance GL codes, run the auto-posting health check under Finance → Auto-posting.
- Use In-App Guides & Tours for interactive walkthroughs of complex screens.
