Welcome to AMANA ERP. This guide walks you through the essentials to get your organisation running on the platform.
Complete tenant setup
After signup, finish the setup wizard (/setup) for your first company, outlet, and industry. Then use Home → Getting started to complete your full company profile, receipt branding, and go-live checklist before processing live sales.
Company profile and receipts
Before your first POS sale, complete:
- Company profile (
Settings → Company) — legal name, address, phone, email, tax registration, and logo (used on invoices and receipts) - Receipt branding (
Settings → Companies → Outlets → Receipt) — header/footer text, receipt language, logo on receipt, and optional POS receipt template - Auto-post GL mapping (
Settings → Company → Finance) — confirm default GL account codes exist on your chart so POS sales journal automatically
Invite your team
Go to Admin → Users to invite colleagues and assign roles. Start with a small pilot group before rolling out to every outlet.
Configure master data
Before processing sales or purchases, set up:
- Companies and outlets — legal entities and store locations
- Products and categories — your catalog and taxonomies
- Customers and suppliers — trading partners for AR/AP
Use Master Data hub tiles for the fastest path to each area.
Run a pilot transaction
Validate end-to-end flow with a controlled test:
- Create a product with price and tax
- Record a POS sale or sales order
- Confirm inventory and GL auto-posting succeeded
- Review the journal entry in Finance → Journal entries
